Service Refunds

Brandexceptional provides styling consultation and advisory services. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not provided as described
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery
  • You cancel before the consultation begins
  • You are not satisfied with the service quality and contact us within the specified timeframe

Refund Timeframe

To request a refund for styling consultation services, you must contact us within 7 days of your consultation date. Refund requests received after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact us at service@brandexceptional.world or through our contact page with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Consultation date and package details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or evidence

Step 2: Review Process

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may request additional information to process your refund.

Step 3: Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Costs

Refund processing:

  • No refund processing fees will be charged by Brandexceptional
  • Your payment provider may charge fees for processing refunds, which are outside our control
  • You will receive the full amount you paid, minus any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed consultations where the service was fully delivered as described
  • Digital materials, style guides, or recommendations that have been delivered
  • Customized services that have been specifically created for you
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • No-show appointments without prior notice
  • Change of mind after the consultation has been completed

In some cases, partial refunds may be considered for partially completed services, at our sole discretion.

Product Returns

Brandexceptional provides styling consultation and recommendations only. We do not sell products directly. For product returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact the retailer or manufacturer where you made your purchase. We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality, defects, or performance
  • Product availability or pricing
  • Retailer return policies or procedures
  • Shipping and handling fees for product returns

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Service

You may cancel your booking or order before the consultation begins:

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or rescheduling option
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund, but rescheduling may be available

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, contact us at service@brandexceptional.world or through our contact page as soon as possible. Include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.

Rescheduling

Instead of cancellation, you may reschedule your consultation at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Package Modifications

If you need to modify your styling package, please contact us before your scheduled consultation. We will work with you to find a suitable solution:

  • You may upgrade to a higher package by paying the difference
  • Downgrades may be available with appropriate refund of the difference, subject to timing and service delivery
  • Package feature modifications may be possible depending on availability

Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation to ensure proper service delivery.

Refund Procedure Details

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction:

  • Credit or debit card: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
  • Bank transfer: Refunded to the original bank account (5-10 business days)
  • Other payment methods: Processed according to the payment provider's policies

Refund Timeline

  • Request review: Within 5 business days of receiving your request
  • Refund processing: Within 2 business days of approval
  • Funds received: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on payment provider)

Refund Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via email when your refund has been processed. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable Australian consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you have certain rights that cannot be excluded:

  • Consumer guarantees for services provided
  • Right to remedies for services that fail to meet consumer guarantees
  • Protection from unfair contract terms

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the ACL or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded or limited.
